Another Travel Week

Last week we went to Canon, Georgia with my husband.  We stayed in Lavonia & did our homeschooling in the hotel.  Then on Saturday we went to Pendergrass which has Georgia's largest flea market.  My son is always on the look out for Star Wars figures, so we got there early to see what we could find. 

After walking around for 1.5 hours we finally found a booth that had nothing but vintage figures & toys from super heros, Lord of the Rings, etc.  They had a huge selection of vintage Star Wars, both loose & still in the package.  Noah chose the loose figures because they were less expensive & since he wants to actually play with them it makes more sense.

We came home that night & went to church on Sunday.  Then Monday night Noah went to a birthday sleepover for one of the boys in our homeschool group.  We dropped him off around 2:30 & then picked him up around 10:00 the next morning.  That is something you can't do when your kids are in public school. I love the freedom & the flexability homeschooling gives!
